I’m Mai Peksén - an executive branding consultant based in Stockholm, Sweden. My journey has taken me across Estonia, USA, China and now Sweden, giving me a truly international perspective on how people can present themselves and stand out professionally.
I hold a university degree in Information Science, which gives me a good foundation in understanding algorithms and data processing principles - an advantage when navigating how digital platforms like LinkedIn work. I also hold an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management, which has strengthened my strategic and business thinking, especially with focus on branding and marketing.
Before founding my own executive brand agency - Esthia Executive - I worked in the executive search company Amrop where I have reviewed thousands of LinkedIn profiles, CVs, and cover letters of the candidates for C-level recruitment. That experience gave me a clear understanding of how recruiters and hiring managers actually look at candidates - what catches their eye and what doesn't.
Today, I use that knowledge to help professionals and entrepreneurs sharpen their personal brand and leverage LinkedIn as a strategic tool, whether they want to grow their career, build their network or strengthen their visibility.

My experience
I have helped professionals and businesses unlock the power of Linkedin through both in-person and online training sessions. My experience includes individual coaching, group workshops, and large-scale webinars, tailored to different industries and professional needs.
My largest LinkedIn training so far was for Sweden’s real estate investor community, where I led an online session for 85 participants, guiding them on how to use Linkedin strategically with the focus to grow their network and international credibility.
