I know how overwhelming it feels to go solo when your LinkedIn profile, messaging or even your mindset still reflect your old role. That’s why I focus on practical steps, digital tools and a clear strategy to help you move forward fast.

Before founding Esthia Executive, my career spanned banking, executive search and global business development. As a headhunter, I reviewed thousands of LinkedIn profiles and CVs for C-level recruitment. That taught me exactly how decision-makers scan for potential and what makes someone stand out.

Today, I use that insight to help career-changers and emerging entrepreneurs rebrand themselves, sharpen their positioning and turn visibility into paying clients.

My journey has taken me across Estonia, the USA, China and Sweden, giving me a global perspective on how professionals present themselves and grow influence. With a degree in Information Science, I understand how platforms and algorithms work, while my MBA in Entrepreneurial Management shapes my strategic approach to personal branding, marketing and building a sustainable business.
