The validity of contract of sale, product and price information
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of web-based training services made through our online store. Service descriptions and corresponding prices are clearly displayed alongside each offering. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Please note: Esthia Advisory OÜ is not VAT applicable.
Placing an order
To purchase a service, simply click “Place an Order” or “Enroll Now”. Complete all required fields in the checkout process. The total cost will be displayed before payment.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing your order, you authorize the transfer of the necessary personal data to Stripe for payment processing. The contract is considered effective once the payment has been successfully received in our account.
If we cannot deliver the ordered service for some reason, you will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store until 3 (three) working days before the agreed start of the service. A written notice must be sent in order to cancel the service.
Due to the digital nature and access to live content, no refunds will be issued after the start of the online program or service.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store collects and processes personal data provided by the purchaser for the purpose of fulfilling orders and delivering the selected services.
In addition, personal data may be used for marketing and advertising purposes, including sending newsletters, promotional offers, and updates about new services. This includes collecting contact details such as names and email addresses for future marketing communications.
Marketing messages are sent only if the purchaser has given explicit consent - such as by entering their email address and choosing to receive direct marketing materials.
The purchaser has the right to withdraw their consent to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes at any time. This can be done by contacting us directly via email mai@maipeksen.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing communication.
We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by calling. If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
